Howdy, my name is Autumn! I'm originally from Fort Mill, SC and am a Winthrop University graduate. I have been raised around animals my entire life and have taken care of a variety of critters. From dogs (big and small), cats, rabbits, hedgehogs, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and birds, my life is never without a cherished pet to pamper. I currently love and spoil a cat named Bastet, a parakeet named Uno, and a bearded dragon named Fred. I'm eager to get to know your buddies and give them the quality care they deserve!

I have always had a love for animals, dogs especially. We always had at least one dog while growing up and I had gotten my own dog at age sixteen, so I have had lots of experience with them. I’ve helped neighbors and family members with their pets (mainly dogs) while they were out of town and I helped the my last employer care for her two ferrets for right at a year. I am currently in school to become a veterinary technician so I am learning about a lot of different animals and how to care for them as well.

My background includes being around dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, horses, mice, birds, and bees (I'm a beekeeper!) so I’m confident in caring for pets with a wide range of personalities and needs. I’m also a small mammal wildlife rehabilitator, which means I have experience handling animals with care, patience, and attention to their behavior and unique needs.
